All packages will be shipped by our fulfillment partner from one of three fulfillment hubs. Packages will be delivered to your requested delivery address. In cases where the courier is not able to reach you, you will generally receive a notification telling you that the package was either given to a neighbor or being stored in the closest post office. If any packages are not collected within a certain timespan, those packages will be returned to us. Of course this depends on the postal delivery practices of the country in which the delivery is made.
All our packages are insured but if any package looks damaged, please make sure that you open it while the courier is present.
Smaller packages may be sent as an oversized letter through the regular mail service.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders paid by either Paypal, credit card or direct debit will usually be processed the same day we receive the order.
Once the order is prepared (this may take up to 1-5 days) it will be shipped out to your given address immediately.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your package. You may then follow the link in the email and use your tracking number to track your package.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
This basically depends very much upon which country you live in. Below is a list of standard times for various regions. These are listed in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). It is also important to keep in mind that random delays can occur at any time, but if your package does not arrive within the given delivery time, please either check your order tracking or contact us at:
WITHIN EU about 3-10 working days
OUTSIDE EU about 3-14 working days

HOW MUCH SHIPPING WILL I PAY?
Shipping costs are based on the country the order is sent to. Since all orders are automatically routed to one of three fulfillment hubs that best fits the customer, we can offer low shipping rates ranging from $5 to $7 or $10 at the maximum. The costs also depend on the weight of the package, but you will never pay more than $10, no matter from where you order.
Please note that in some cases VAT needs to be collected. This will be shown during the checkout process and will need to be paid by the customer.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME?

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER?
If you receive a misprinted/damaged/defective item you have received from us within the last 30 days, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item(s) once you have returned the product to us.
